Flared skirt

Super cute flare skirt from Odille, an old anthropolgie brand. Size 8, would best fit a medium. Has a cute mermaid look to it and features two little bows on the front. Layer underneath has lace and two matching bows as well. Sits a bit lower than the natural waist. I believe the flare darts are supposed to be under your knee : ) Measurements: Waist: 15.5 inches flat Hip (before flare): 19 inches flat Length: 22.5 inches Pricing is flexible, just trying to clear out my closet ASAP : )
