This is so hard to picture. It’s a halter dress that ties around the neck. Arms and back are completely out. P2P: 15.5” in front back is open and does have tie around. Tie on each side is 49”. 7 layers of fringe from top to bottom. Each strand of fringe is 8.5” long. Black on black dress. Back of dress is completely out to the waist line. The waist measures: 12” but can stretch to 17” Top to bottom of the dress measures 32.5”
