Flapper Crop Top

BRAND NEW! Flapper style crop top from New York & Company. I originally purchased it for a Roaring 20’s party and ended up not going. This piece would go great with a black high waisted mini skirt and a long pearl necklace with a pair of strappy black heels. 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex. I don’t recommend putting it in the washer.
