Flapper Costume

Turns out it is hard to photograph black tassels on black fabric! This dress is a polyester slip with a row of sequins on the scoop neck and then row upon row of tassels. The slip is on the thin side so you better have a black bra/panty set to go under it - or not. I don't judge. And you will probably only get one Halloween out of it - it's not made to last.
