This is a detached Cowl neck mini dress. It is completely unique in that you can wear it soo many ways from all the way down past your shoulders, to a hood! I wore it with this belt, tights, and some leather boots, perfect for fall, I bought this a couple of falls ago only wore it a handful of times. Is in great condition. Belt is not for sale. Is a large but fits like a med.
