sallymmonk No, that's not how I work. I've always been able to satisfy my customers by offering them the opportunity to choose another item or several freebies, especially now when I Just added new freebies, some of which I used my merch to trade for! But, if that doesn't sound feasible to you, that I will gladly keep my mascara. It's a high commodity selling item.

daniella I do have a child and it seems to me that you are very selfish! If you really wanted to make your daughter and me happy, you would've been willing to either pay the difference on the trade or take away the $8 top to make the trade even instead of forcing me to choose something I don't want or need just so you can get everything you want. Keep your stuff, I don't think I'd want to take my chances with it anyway. Good luck to you, looks like you're gonna need it! @sallymmonk
