Five Item Bundle. Hand made in Hue, Vietnam. Size 22-24.

Now this bundle has a story... In 2015 I went on a solo trip to Vietnam. My favorite city of all that I visited was Hue. It's an ancient city filled with charm and artisans and traditions. One day I went into a clothing market and watched as they gathered fabrics for folks, both tourist and local. One gentleman was purchasing a hand made suit for a wedding back in Perth, Australia and he couldn't speak highly enough about the merits of this shop: Yaly Couture. I had never had clothes made specifically for me, except these plaid red turtle pants my grandmother gave me at Christmas one year :) I was leaving Hue in a couple days, and after meeting with the designer, she said "no problem." So there I was, picking fabrics and patterns for my new clothes in Vietnam. I chose silk and cotton. The three tank blouses you see are a silk blend and sturdy as hel!. One pair of shorts, the light striped ones are also silk. The black and white shorts are cotton. There are no sizes on these clothes, but I know what size I was wearing when they were made for me. These truly have sentimental value woven into their threads, I hope they can go to a home where their tradition can be met with love and appreciation. The price is $40 for all 5 pieces, thanks.
