Fitted sleeveless dress with swirl pattern

Fitted stretch knit tank mini dress with cowl neck. Bold black and white graphic print. Skirt portion is lightly lined. The black band fits around the hips and the top blouses out a little above it. Very cute. Worn once, in excellent condition.
