I purchased a new one and this has been in the drawer. still works, just did the factory reset on it, so it's ready for the next owner. comes with charger - has small band (which is attached, but missing the little clip to hold band in place) a few small surface scratches, but nothing to impend wear or even feel, just from bumps of the wrist 2019 LITE model
