Fit and Flare Dress

-This beautifully striped dress is truly fit and flare; fit around the top and flares out from the waist down. -Skirt is pleated, full, and has pockets! -Zipper enclosure in back of dress. -Fabric gives a very forgiving stretch (94% polyester and 6% spandex). -Dress was only worn twice. -Has some fabric pilling in the back between pleats, but not noticeable when actually wearing the dress. -Will consider other offers besides listing price!
