Fisher price drummer boy pull toy

A Fisher-Price vintage pull toy with a small plastic key attached to hold. Is a drummer boy that’s arms do go up and down and drum as you pull it. Does work. Has signs of ware and dust from age, around the edging does have signs. Please refer to multiple pictures for current condition and measurements. Writing on bottom. Paint missing, chipped edges.
