First Edition Collector Plate Third issue in the Mother's Love Collection, “Precious Moment.” by Irene Spencer Limited Edition ~ hand numbered ~ No certificate issued. Oval portrait on round plate measures about 9 1/4" diameter. Decorative Use Only Condition notes: Pre-owned with no apparent chips, cracks, or repairs. No certificate issued. Original owner used spring loaded metal hanger and taped the circular to the back. The tape will not come off without damaging the print, so we trimmed and left it on.
