I own these boots in a size 40.5 and they fit me well. (Normally wear 10-11 depending on brand, my feet are not narrow) They are leather with comfortable elastic goring which allows the boot to conform to the calf for a sleek look. (That's the part that looks like suede in the photos.) Mine are 15.25 shaft height. Hope this helps someone :) These are an amazing value!
