This adorable ruffled tank has an elastic waist which gives way to a flared bottom. The back is also elasticized and low, it’s lightweight and easy to wear as it’s very forgiving and flattering at the same time. The primary color is navy, but there are hints of brown, khaki (or tan) and a dusty rose/pink, making the possibilities of styling this top endless!
