Fine foodie favorites - inspiring refs - “Field Guide to Produce” & “Flavorings”

These are a couple of personal favorites. I have nearly memorized 'sweet flavorings' and the Field Guide to Produce has been a favorite on my cookbook counter. I have sold or given it away and rebought it again a few times over the years.
