True plus or runs small?

Good morning, I can’t say if it runs small or not but there are measurements in the last few photos. I believe, based on the measurements that it is a plus size—whether it’s closer to a 2XL than a 3XL, I just don’t know. If you need additional measurements, let me know. Thank you.
