These are very stretchy and extremely comfortable! 65.5% Rayon 30.5% Nylon 4% Spandex Measurements are as follows: (S) waist flat 12.5" length 12" inseam 3" (M) waist flat 14" length 12.5" inseam 3" (L) waist flat 14.5" length 13.5" inseam 3". These do run small BUT are very stretchy. I'm a size 12 and can fit the size large. No offers, no exceptions.
