Final Fantasy IX (FF9) complete, for PS1

Selling to help with my step dad's medical bills. All items come from a home with dogs and cats; non smoking. Price is firm. Lower offers will not be considered, but I will bundle with other items. Final Fantasy IX (FF9) complete, for PS1, in excellent condition and original case. I have two copies available. This listing is for #2. Note that the disc holder for disc 3 is broken and the disc does not stay on its own. I've packed it with padded envelope to keep it secure during transit. All items have reasonable wear and tear, including but not limited to: small tears, minimal scratches, staining, etc. Anything that I saw to be notable I did my best to photograph. Note that I don't have any way to test the discs.
