Fillmore Dead Tube Top- S/M (First Sample)

GD tube top 13-16 inches pit to pit measures to fit a small or smaller mediums this was my first sample and some of the elastic is exposed inside the top, not visible from the outside but I discounted it slightly to reflect that!
