Filigree statement necklace

Beautiful silver tone. Tarnishes like Sterling, but I can't find a mark. See measurements. Has a 2" extender. Large. lobster claw clasp. Black silk twisted rope sides. Only worn a few times. In excellent condition. Heavy and chunky. Use sterling silver cleaner to clean, but not the black rope.
