This is a Fifth Sun brand, Tie dye, Super Cropped and Hooded Tank in Size Medium. It is super cute and great as a beach, night outing or festival pull-over. She served me well for many years but the new Mom bod just does not agree. My loss, your gain! I have pictured where it looks like it was cut but its purposeful distressing on the arms.
