Fiesta Favorite Recipes of South Texas Vintage HB Cookbook 1976 Corpus Christi

The Corpus Christi, Texas, Junior League put out this cookbook when I was a child in South Texas. This was my mother's favorite cookbook. In fact, she gave all of her children a copy. My favorite recipes are the sand tarts recipe, and the buttermilk pecan pie. This cookbook is a treasure trove of family recipes, from an area of Texas with a beautiful blend of cultures. There are many seafood and Tex-Mex recipes. Anytime I see this recipe book, I always buy it. It's a great one. It is in excellent condition. Please see photos for details.
