Has a red lace border and is outlined in white. * There is a small hole in the lace and the red color from the lace bled onto a small area of the white border and about a half inch of the white border is a little bit frayed. This is something you would miss if you wasn't looking real close. This skirt was handmade in 1990 and is absolutely stunning!!
