tootandgoob @sdwjfc2230 sorry I had to have a double root canal. Waste is 16 inches across with a lot of elastic the hips you could stretch it out to about 26 inches across inseam measure approximately 32 inches from the inseam to the bottom is between 31 and 32 inches the bell bottom at the bottom is like 32 inches wide so it’d be about 64 inches all the way around. I would say they fit between a 12 to maybe 16 and even at 10 they would be really loose but they’re loose fitting anyways hope this helps.
