I can’t tell from the picture if this is a pro fit hat, or if there is an adjustable band. Looking closer at the pics I almost looks like there is a band, but it’s folded under

@bradbrockbank It states one size Velcro adjustment I added a pic you were correct it was folded under approximately 23” circumference
