New in box, but with several nicks & peeling on the edges due to being a store display. Signed insert card. Heel is approximately 5.25" and platform is approximately 1" (including hidden platform). Textured outsole for easier walking. If you look closely in the pictures, some of the metallic has rubbed off in several places. Not sure if it could be colored in.
