Fergalicious Ruffled Open-Toe Ankle Booties

These booties are so cute! 4” heal. Some moderate wear, but they’ve been well-loved and taken care of! There’s a little dirt on the front left toe (pictured), but when you’re wearing, it’s not really noticeable! Small scuffs near the bottom back of each heel (also pictured). Still tons of life left in these beauties!
