Fendi gold bag strap NEW (read description! )

I bought this for a fendi bag i have and wanted a fun gold strap, i didnt want to pay authentic prices so i ordered this non authentic one When it arrived the clasps are very hard to open especially for me with my hands( i have MS) Brand new Hopefully someone can either get the clasps to open good Priced accordingly No returns No refunds
