This is a Bronze Replica or Jean-Baptiste Clessinger (french 1814-1883) This piece is Signed Rossi or Eduardo Rossi It was apart of my Grandfathers Personal Collection and We received it almost 6 years ago at his passing Unfortunately we have no documentation on this piece but it is beautiful and extraordinarily heavy We took pictures of any signs of wear and please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
