Feminine Ruffled Collarless Jacket

Ruffled textured ribbon trim on this collarless jacket.Eyehook clasp gather at top. Quiled pattered white fabric. I'm not sure if this was worn as pockets are still stitched. Ruffled fringe on wrists and trims also. Size 00 Underarm to underarm about 18" Shoulder to bottom sleeve hem about 19 1/2" Shoulder to bottom hem about 22" We are a non-smoking and pet friendly home.
