This New Feltman Brothers White Bishop Dress is pure angelic! This particular embroidery design with sleeve combination is no longer produced, making it a rare find! This little Bishop dress has just the right detailing. The smocked neckline is adorned with pink, white and pastel green accents. Embroidered pink bullion rose buds with green leaves border the embroidered scalloped edge of the smocking. The scalloped border is done in a white and pink embroidery. A sweet lattice design is embroidered in the middle of the smocking and has contrasting pink accents.The short puff sleeves are banded and feature matching bullion rose buds and leaves.
