shellie_roo @pamskrzypchak Hi! Thanks you for your interest. This brand usually runs a little large. With that said, this dress measures smaller than most of their others. I just measured thier newborn dress across the shoulders. This one is less than 1/4” larger across the shoulders than the newborn size (newborn usually fits 0-3)for average size baby. This dress should fit a regular size 3-6 month baby (10lb at birth and 1 month later should be perfect)
