GUC Felicity pull on dress 100% polyester. Comes with a long shoulder shawl with black fringe, that you can wear with it or without it. I wore with the shawl once and without it once. Very cute has a little stretch to it. Designs are ribbon type material. Very classy maxi dress. Pit to pit measurements in photos. Dry clean only. It probably needs to be dry cleaned again as I’ve had it in storage for a while.
