l0v3lyn3s5 @her6907 hi! Sorry for the delay. The waist of the dress is very stretchy and it’s a flowy dress. When I measured the dress waist, the measurements listed by Morning Lavender (the boutique where I purchased it from) is accurate. In my opinion, it can fit a medium because the waist is elastic.
