Had great communication throughout the whole process, notified me of a flaw right away (flaw was dog hair, but appreciate her honesty/concern so much!), and she provided tracking receipt and # right away! Also notified me that she wasn't able to ship on the day expected, so there was no worrying involved! She also gives GREAT freebies!😉 awesome posher and would definitely trade with again!! laineyweller_ Super nice and was concerned about the packaging but it come fine and fast! Made sure I was aware of the damage to makeup casing before I bought. Will buy from again and highly recommend!
