Federal Tool Corp Chicago USA Vintage Creamer & Sugar w/Lids & Tray, RARE Gold color. I can't find any of these anywhere. Could be from a hospital or from an airline. Neat set. Bowls measure 3 inches across. Tray is about 8 inches across handle to handle. Cute plastic set, Appears like shiny, metallic gold color in light, even though it is plastic.
