This fun, faux leather skirt is super stretchy and features 2 kinds of pleats--a mini on the top and a thicker one starting halfway down. It is unlined. The waistband stretches from 14.5 to 20" when pulled as wide as it will go. I've worn it as a size 8 (It's slightly baggy around the hips but lays well) but it would better fit a 10 or 12 size.
