yasminlindholm Hi @t4mjmjd, hope all is well! I purchased this item to use Dec 7 and I realize now that they won't arrive in time (when I purchased it, it was 7 days to the event and they still haven't shipped, 4 days later). The fur shawl is wonderful but I won't use it for any other event - wondering if I can cancel this order? 🙏🏻 Sorry for the inconvenience!

yasminlindholm @t4mjmjd thank you so much! If you just don't ship it, I can cancel it on my end in about a week or so. If you want to cancel it earlier, there is an option to go to Account > My Sales > Click the item > In the dropdown next to order status, choose "cancel order". I'm happy to cancel if for you though!
