shnnnmlln34 @jmccauley40 yes it does. The mannequin is about a size 4 and it’s big on her. It was my moms and she is 5’6” and a size 6 if that helps at all. I’ve listed the flat measurements in the description. Let me know if you need more. It’s only been worn once and is in excellent shape.
