Fat freeze tool

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bohemecouteur. It is brand new, but when turned on it immediately displays an error message that just says a1. Unfortunately that was not disclosed to me, and I missed the return window. I’m not very tech savvy, but maybe you are! This item is otherwise brand new and comes in a carrying case with extra filters, 4 heads shaped for various body parts, and a charging cable.
