This book is good for anyone wanting information about Nutrition, Sugar and processed food addictions. The most helpful chapters I found were in the "Personal Solutions" Altering Your Food Environment. If you are aging, diabetic, cancer or other chronic disease patient, this book will help you navigate and put you on track for wellness.
