Fashion stackable style ring

Brand new, never worn. Fashion ring originally from Macy’s. No original box, but will come in a nice box (shown). This ring is a size 7, which I am, but my opinion is it’s probably a 6.5-6.75, it runs small, not sure if it’s due to the thickness or the brand. Fashion jewelry = faux pearl.
