Fashion Star by H&M Orly Shani Blue Dress, Size 14

This is a very cool dress! The back has a zipper that changes the front look of the dress! It is a gorgeous royal blue color and has a pencil skirt bottom. The front has tuxedo like lapels, sleeveless, and plunging neckline. Very unique!
