Fashion On Earth Boho Crochet Vest

Fashion on Earth brand off white boho style vest, in size S. This has crochet style at top and tassels on edges, other material is crinkle type, has a great design, sides hang longer, slip on sleeves. Approx. 12" across shoulders, 35" shoulder to longest tassel (at sides) very light and flowy. Bought at a boutique but never worn, has always smelled like a box of crayons to me! I have not laundered to see if smell goes away. The entire boutique had that smell, possibly a candle that left a scent.
