Fashion Nova Cropped black floral short puff sleeve peplum top

This top is black and mostly sheer except for the bust were it is padded and non see through. The padded bust area is perfect for wearing it without any bra. It has pink, yellow and white flowers all over. The top is snug and the fabric feels like chiffon. It's a size small and there is some stretch to it. This top/ blouse is in excellent condition.
