This doesn’t photograph well. The top is a halter that does have padding. It ties around the neck, the bust and the waist is a jeweled belt tie. It connects to the skirt with a fabric covered ring and the skirt is elastic and is a maxi. I can measure pit to pit since it’s a tie on bra style top. Waist: 19” flat lay but tons of stretch! Waist to hem: 48” Side slits: 33”
