FASHION or Costume jewelry is a less expensive alternative to precious metals, solid gold or silver. Most of these pieces are plated. There are no high end stones. The stones here may be beautiful lab grown stones, acrylic, or other simulated stones. They are stunning, playful and just as eye-catching. The difference is, unless cared for very carefully they wont have the longevity of their expensive counterparts.
