Fashion Bug Leopard Print One Botton Cardigan with Peplum size 22/24W(?) read

Fashion Bug cardigan in very good condition without much, if any, wear. No stains, pills, snags, fading or holes. Featuring a leopard print and single button closure, the cardigan has a "band" at the waist with slight gathers on top and pleats on the bottom front, creating a "flare". Size says 22/24W but NOTE: seems to run small. Actual measurements app'x 22 inches pit to pit, 21 across waist and 29 long. Sleeves are 3/4 length.
