Francesca’s soft blue floral shorts. Size Small. Has a side zipper and hook for taking on and off. Not worn much. Perfect with a soft tank as the picture shows. Rise is midrise on them. Would be a little loose on a size 26, better for a 27. Includes 2 pockets!
