Please do not submerge glass in water/not dishwasher safe,(it has been sealed to withstand outdoor weathering). Gently wipe with a damp cloth for cleaning. WHAT IS DECOUPAGE? 

Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by applying paper cutouts onto it in combination, than adding a clear coat of varnish to seal the paper.
